All orders are shipped from Peoria Illinois USA with tracking. When your order ships, an email will be sent with tracking number. Please add the @mozzwald.com domain to your whitelist and/or check your spam folder if you do not receive the shipping notice. Most orders ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

International Shipping
I can ship to many countries worldwide, but I am currently unable to ship to countries in the European Union.
The EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which applies from December 13, 2024, adds new requirements for many consumer products sold into the EU, including product-safety documentation, labeling, traceability, and in many cases an EU-based responsible contact for product safety issues. Some EU countries also require separate packaging/recycling registration and fees for the packaging used to ship orders.
These requirements vary by country and are not practical for me to manage as a small seller at this time, so EU shipping is currently paused.
